Kindergarten Sneak-a-Peak

I can't believe this day is here. Seriously, just the other day I was holding Kaden in my arms for the first time. Looking down at his baby blue eyes and experiencing a love like no other. This little man was ours. And we were lucky enough to be chosen as his parents to love him, nurture him and help him grow into a nice young man----

Last night we drove to his school for Sneak a Peek, we parked and walked across the crosswalk,  through the front doors and found our way to his classroom.

He located his desk and his cubby & when he sat down we started going through the papers on his desk. The first of which was a little poem and some magic confetti that he would place by his pillow the night before Kindergarten. I got through the first two lines and had to stop and breath, this was really happening...

Kaden was excited. Justin and Logan were fine. I, on the other hand, was a little sentimental but we kept going.

We took his supplies and put them away.

We read and completed a scavenger hunt.

We met the teacher.

We walked out. Hand in hand.

Does this really have to happen!?! Can't he just stay little forever?!?
